We recently had a great conversation at our Sandy Springs bakery with Shannon Davis, RD, LD about the Low Carb Lifestyle and GLP-1 medications.  While she was enjoying one of our signature cookies, we learned that Shannon is a Registered Dietitian with 18 years experience, specializing in metabolic health.  She is passionate with finding natural ways to help people shift their focus to insulin resistance and heal from chronic disease.
