This is bread pudding to another level! A comforting dessert that brings back all the memories of bread pudding without any of the negative effects! We use our own Zambawango™ bread, soaked for 24 hours in our secret low carb mixture. We mix in our house dried sugar free fresh cranberries and fold in toasted pecans.

Heating instructions:
Defrost Fully
Remove Plastic Wrap
Oven: Preheat oven to 325 F. Cover pudding with foil and heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat until warm throughout.
Microwave: Cover with plastic wrap. Heat on low power for 2 to 5 minutes. Heat until warm throughout.
Serve warm with your favorite ice cream, caramel sauce or cream on glaze. Or simply just scoop out and enjoy on its own, its that rich and satisfying!
